Governing Documents
The Association and its' members are expressly subject to the terms, provisions, covenants, and conditions contained within our documents. These binding documents are recorded with the local governing authority.
The governing documents for Olde Bridge Run are the documents you received prior to closing on your home or lot. They contain legal descriptions for the common properties and amendments that have been adopted from time to time. The documents consist of the Olde Bridge Run Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, and the Bylaws of Olde Bridge Run Home Owner's Association.
Basically, these documents contain the rules for living in Olde Bridge Run. Rules, which if violated, may result in discourse throughout our small community or worse, the need for legal involvement.
Architectural Change or Beautification Request
Approval from the Board is required for any visible changes to the appearance of your property. Article V of the Declarations, Sections 2 and 8, relate to rules for vehicles and pre-approval for architectural change. These represent the most comon areas of violation and Article VI, General Provisions, Section 3 addresses enforcement of the rules.

Meetings
The Board of Directors meets annually and as needed throughout the year to conduct the business of the Olde Bridge Run Home Owner's Association. Meeting times, dates are posted in advance, on this website and under the Welcome sign preceding the entrance. All OBR HOA owners and residents are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings.
Contractor List
This contractor list is provided only as a convenience to Olde Bridge Run homeowners. The contractors on this list were provided by other OBR homeowners as individuals or businesses with whom they have worked favorably in the past.
